Bad Ash! Bad! yesterday’s breakdown
Bfast: toast with peanutbutter
Lunch: hmmmmmm grapes, 1c chicken fried rice, 10 corn chips, and 1/2 c diced avocado
Snacks: peanut brittle, sliver (SLIVER) of chocolate cream pie at culinary school, and 1c carrots.
DinDin: 3/4c chicken fried rice, 1c whole strawberries, 1/2c green beans,
Snack: CHOCOLATE LAVA CAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE :’( about 1c.
Also did a 30 min weightlifitng workout. sore today, not too bad though.gonna add more reps next time. Debating on running today….
bfast: two slices of thin multigrain bread with avacado, tomato, and mozz cheese (what can i say? it’s a favorite) with 1 cup red grapes.
Lunch: hmmm…bad. 3 choc chip cookies with almond milk
Snack:chocolate mousse cake
Dinner: two servings fried rice, green beans, and one blintz.
Snack: quarter cup chocolate custard, and three choc chip cookies.
Worked out for 25 min.
GOALS FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK: KEEP WORKING OUT, AND STOP EATING SO MANY SWEETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lunch: rainbow trout grilled lemon pepper, mashed potatoes, green beans, pumpkin ginger custard
Dinner: rainbow trout fillet grilled with lemon pepper, sweet potoato, almond green beans
Snack: Cookies :( ummm….2 pitas with hummus, 5 squares hazelnut chocolate bar
IDK today was a really bad cheat day. i always allow sunday to be my cheat day, but this one was pretty bad. started out ok, got worse.
breakfast: avocado, tomato, and mozz thinwich with 1 cup blueberries
Snack: 2 choc chip cookies
Lunch: Banana, string cheese, 1 choc chip cookie
Snack: grilled salmon, 2 cookies, 3 small caramels, 2 almond chocolate clusters (thank you culinary school for helping me be obese)
Dinner: 1 serving lasagna, 1 slice garlic bread, and some green beans and almonds
Snack: small slice pineapple upside down cake
TOO MANY COOKIES!!!
Need to stopppppppppppppp! D: tomorrow is running and weights. today was NOT a good day. But it was the end of the week, this weekend will be full of healthy choices! half the day was good, the other half bad. need to focus on staying away from sweets.

Brekkie: 1 banana

Snack: 1 bowl grapes, thin slice dark chocolate cake (at culinary school)
Dinner:1 medium baked potato with greek yogurt, 1/4c cheddar cheese, onions, and tomatoes.5 large strawberries.
Worked out too! (32 min) thinking of repeating this week’s c25k training. still wipes me out! Overall (with the exception of the chocolate cake) i think today was a fantastic day! For one more snack i might have a fig newton or a small pudding cup. idk we’ll see! I think i need to eat more whole grain in the morning. maybe tomorrow i’ll try some oatmeal or granola.
